Pricing questions
Why is the service priced this way?
I've spent a lot of time developing this tool to deliver the highest-quality results I can, especially when preserving text and facial details. This takes substantial computing power. Based on recent usage, compute alone averages roughly US$0.10–$0.20 per completed image, with individual images costing more or less. As more people use the service and I improve efficiency, my goal is to lower prices over time.
Signup images
New verified accounts receive two extra website uploads, once per email across our websites.
Signup images never expire and use free processing capacity; they are separate from purchased credits, API access and bulk discounts.
Can I use the API?
API uploads use image credits and do not use your free website allowance. Use 1 credit per image, or 0.5 credits each when you upload 5 or more. API documentation
When will I be charged?
Website uploads: By default, with at least 1 credit available, website uploads use your credit balance; otherwise, your free allowance applies. Credits are used only when your completed image is ready to download.
What if processing fails or I cancel?
Failed or canceled unfinished images use no credits; completed results with quality warnings use the agreed credits.
How does the bulk discount work?
Use 1 credit per image, or 0.5 credits each when you upload 5 or more.
Can I get a refund?
Balances are not automatically refundable. If you experience a billing or processing issue, contact support@synthidremoval.com and we may issue a refund, credit, or other compensation as appropriate. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. If we close the service, unused funds will be refunded.
How long can I download my images?
Completed images are available for one hour. Download them before they expire. Deleting a completed image does not reverse its charge.
