Responsible use
Only edit images you have the right to modify. You remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws, contracts, platform rules, and disclosure requirements.
Service quality
The service is provided as available. Processing may fail or alter pixels and metadata. We do not guarantee removal, detector outcomes, availability, fitness, or exact preservation.
Image charges
Paid uploads use 1 image credit per completed image for 1–4 images, or 0.5 credit each for qualifying uploads of 5–20 images. At least 5 images must upload successfully, pass validation and have credits reserved before half-credit processing begins. If fewer qualify, nothing is processed and all reserved credits are released; a new upload can be submitted under its applicable terms. Once an upload qualifies, later failures or cancellations do not increase its credit usage per completed image. Completed results with quality warnings use the agreed credits; failed processing and cancellation before completion use none. Results expire after one hour, and deleting a completed result or letting it expire does not return its credits. Website accounts with less than 1 credit available may use the limited free allowance; the API requires credits and has no free allowance. Uploads accepted under earlier terms keep their saved credit amount.
Payments and refunds
Payments are made in USD, and your account displays image credits for processing on SynthIDRemoval.com.
Choose a credit pack or a custom payment, subject to the minimum shown before checkout and the payment provider's limits. There is no site-imposed balance cap, subscription or automatic refill. Purchased credits are for image processing only and cannot be transferred to another account or withdrawn as cash. Buying credits does not guarantee immediate or unlimited processing. Applicable tax is shown at checkout and does not become usable credits. Refunds are not automatic; for billing or processing issues, contact support@synthidremoval.com and we may offer a refund, credit or other appropriate compensation. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, and unused paid funds will be refunded if we close the service. Your bank may need extra time to complete a refund. These terms do not limit your consumer rights.
Promotional credit
The bonus shown before payment is saved with your purchase, including eligible custom amounts; tax is excluded from bonus eligibility. Bonus credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, do not expire and remain usable after an offer ends. Purchased credits are used first, followed by the oldest available bonus. Approved refunds and payment disputes reverse the original bonus proportionally, with cumulative rounding in the payment currency; reversed bonuses already used reduce the paid funds available for refund. A won dispute restores only the credit still due after other refunds. Earlier purchases do not receive bonuses retroactively.
Provider responsibilities
Do not represent a processed or not-detected file as human-created merely because a signal is absent. Infrastructure providers, OpenAI, or Google may handle data when you use the relevant feature, subject to their separate terms.
Protection and contact
We may reject, limit, cancel, or delete activity to protect users, providers, budgets, and infrastructure. Do not bypass limits or access another user's files or credentials. Questions may be sent to support@synthidremoval.com.
